1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

• Wrong product delivered

• Defective or damaged product received

• Significant variation from product description

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

2. Return Request Timeline

You must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

3. Return Procedure

• Contact us via phone or email

• Provide images and proof of issue

• After approval, the product must be returned unused and in original packaging

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via:

• Bank Transfer

• Original Payment Method
  Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchange is subject to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items

• Customized prints

• Fabrics cut as per measurement

• Used or washed products
